Scalloped Cucumbers

Ingredients
- 3 cucumbers
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt, pepper
- 3 tablespoons crumbs, buttered
Instructions
- Pare the cucumbers. Cut in quarters lengthwise, then in halves. Cook in a small amount of water. Put in a baking dish, cover with the cooked sauce made with the milk, flour, butter, and seasonings to taste. Cover with crumbs and bake in a moderately hot oven until crumbs are brown in the oven for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Servings, 6.
