Savory Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 slices bacon
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pare and slice potatoes, cover with cold water, and let stand thirty minutes. Drain, and dry with cloth. Cut onion and bacon fine and cook slowly. Add potatoes, and seasonings. Cover skillet and cook until potatoes are mealy, about twenty minutes.
