Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flaked salmon
- 1/2 cup boiled onions
- 1 quart mashed potato
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Make a paste of the flour and butter, add the milk, and cook until thick. Then add the salmon and onions.
- Line a baking dish with mashed potato and fill with the creamed salmon. Beat the eggs, add the milk, salt, and pepper, and pour over the potato and salmon.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
