Quick Icing

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. 1Put ingredients in top of double boiler, and cook over hot water, beating constantly with a rotary egg-beater, until icing is fluffy and will hold its shape.
