When boiling add flour all at once and stir over fire until mixture will leave sides of pan. Cool a few moments, then beat in eggs, one at a time, with no previous whipping. Drop mixture by spoonfuls in greased muffin-pans or on oiled paper and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut slit in side of each and fill with Strawberry Filling (see page 201).
