Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped meat
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Speck pepper
Instructions
- Any two or more kinds of cold meats may be used. Cream butter and add seasonings, add to meat, and rub to a paste. Pack in tumblers that have been wet in cold water, pour over a little melted suet, and put in a cold place. Serve cold, cut in slices.
