Potted Meat

Ingredients

• 2 cups finely chopped meat
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Speck pepper

Instructions

1. 1Any two or more kinds of cold meats may be used. Cream butter and add seasonings, add to meat, and rub to a paste. Pack in tumblers that have been wet in cold water, pour over a little melted suet, and put in a cold place. Serve cold, cut in slices.
