Pineapple Filling
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch and sugar, add pineapple and lemon juice. Bring to boiling point and boil gently until of the consistency of jam, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Cool before using.
