Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon soda
- 1 cup grated pineapple
Instructions
- Cream shortening, add sugar gradually, and the eggs well beaten. Mix and sift dry ingredients, and add to first mixture alternately with pineapple. Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
