Pimiento Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 tablespoons flour
• Salt, pepper
• 1 pimiento

Instructions

1. 1Make white sauce of milk, butter, flour, and seasonings and add mashed pimiento. This is an excellent sauce for asparagus on toast.
