Orange Cocoa Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 orange (grated rind)
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 3 tablespoons orange juice
• 1/4 cup crystallized orange peel

Instructions

1. 1To the sugar add the grated orange rind, the cocoa, and enough orange juice to soften the sugar. Lastly stir in the finely cut crystallized orange peel.
