Mousseline Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks slightly, put in double boiler, add butter, the milk, and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and salt.
