Maple Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 cup maple sugar
• 1/3 cup thin cream
• 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1. 1Cut or break sugar in small pieces, add cream and butter, heat slowly, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Boil to soft ball stage and beat until thick enough to spread.
