Maple Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- A few grains salt
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup maple sugar
- 1 tablespoon white corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/8 cup thick cream
Instructions
- Add salt to egg white and beat very stiff. Boil sugar, corn syrup, and water to soft-ball stage. Pour over stiffly beaten white of egg, stirring constantly. Cool and fold in whipped cream.
