Ingredients
- 6 slices toast
- 3 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups tomato sauce or white sauce
Instructions
- Cut toast in rounds and spread with anchovy paste. Poach eggs and place one on each slice of toast. Serve with Tomato Sauce or White Sauce (see pages 239, 240). Servings, 6.
