Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 2 cups lamb stock
- 2 cups cooked lamb cut in cubes
- 1/4 cup pimiento catsup, or
- 1/4 cup diced red or green pepper
- Salt, pepper
- 1 1/2 cups sliced potato
Instructions
- Cook onion ten minutes in lamb stock, and add cold roast lamb, cut in cubes, seasonings, and potatoes. Cook ten minutes longer. Pour into a baking dish, cover with the crust and bake in a moderately hot oven. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 360 degrees.
