Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff and dry, add gradually powdered sugar, and continue the beating.
- Beat yolks of eggs until thick and lemon-colored, fold into first mixture then add vanilla and fold in flour mixed with salt.
- Shape close together on an unbuttered paper placed on a tin sheet, using a pastry-bag and tube. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake in the oven for 8 minutes at 325 degrees.
