Add lemon juice and rind to beaten egg yolks and add to the mixture. Pour into a buttered baking dish and place cut-up oranges, sprinkled with sugar, on top. Cover with the stiffly beaten egg whites sweetened with four tablespoons sugar, and brown in a moderate oven. Serve either hot or cold. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
