Frozen Peaches

Ingredients

• 1 can peaches
• Ice and salt

Instructions

1. 1Pack a can of peaches in ice and salt for four hours. Cut can one inch below top so that peaches will come out in a mold. Cut in slices, serve on lettuce with Arcola Dressing (see page 294). Servings, 8.
