Finnan Haddie With Gloucester Potatoes

Ingredients

• 6 potatoes
• 2 cups finnan haddie (cooked)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Milk

Instructions

1. 1Bake potatoes. While hot cut a slice from the top of each and remove inside. Put through ricer, add finnan haddie, butter, salt, and enough milk to make of the consistency of mashed potato. Beat until light and refill shells with the mixture. Put a bit of butter on the top of each, sprinkle with paprika, and heat thoroughly in the oven. Servings, 6.
