Eggless Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. 1Mix all ingredients and cook over fire until thick. When using, add two tablespoons of dressing to one-half cup of sweet cream. Or it may all be mixed with slightly sour cream, and sealed in small jars.
