Corn Pudding Baked In Ramekins

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup rich milk or cream
- 1 cup corn (canned or fresh)
- 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs
Instructions
- Melt butter, add flour, blend, and add milk. Cook three minutes. Add corn, mix, and put in ramekins. Sprinkle tops with buttered bread crumbs and brown in a hot oven in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Servings, 4.
