Cocoanut Crispettes

Ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1/2 cup shredded cocoanut
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups corn flakes
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. 1Beat egg whites stiff and add other ingredients.
2. 2Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a moderately hot oven, in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
