Chocolate-Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup minute tapioca
• 3/4 cup sugar
• Speck salt
• 1 quart milk
• 2 squares chocolate

Instructions

1. 1Add tapioca, sugar, and salt to the milk and cook until granules are clear and milk is absorbed. Melt the chocolate and add to the mixture as soon as it is hot. If more liquid is needed, add by the tablespoon. Pour into wet molds. Chill. Servings, 6.
