Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Scald the milk and add to butter and flour which have been combined to a smooth paste. Add cheese, and when melted add slightly beaten egg yolks and fold into stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
