Ingredients
- 1 pound veal
- 1/2 pound salt pork
- 6 medium sized potatoes
- 2 onions
Instructions
- Chop veal and salt pork. Mix and sear. Arrange in layers, with the potato and onion in a casserole dish. Cover with water and bake in a moderate oven in the oven for 3 hours at 300 degrees.
