Beet Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup beet liquor
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup chopped cooked beets
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Soften gelatine in vinegar and dissolve in hot beet liquor. Cool, add sugar, seasonings, beets, apples, and nuts. Mold and chill. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise. Servings, 4.
