Ingredients
- 6 artichokes
- 1 cup flaked crabmeat
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped sour pickles
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Wash artichokes and boil in salted water for thirty minutes.
- Peel off the outside leaves and cut off the tops.
- Spread open the heart and fill the centre with crabmeat, celery, and pickle mixture.
- Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
