Arcola Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup cream (whipped)

Instructions

1. 1Beat yolks, add honey, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook five minutes and cool. Add whipped cream just before serving.
