Apple Pudding No. 1

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups apples (chopped)

Instructions

1. 1Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to well beaten eggs, and milk. Chop apples and add. Bake in individual muffin tins in a hot oven. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Servings, 12.
